It is with a very heavy heart that I pass along the news that John Ciaglia passed away this morning. As most of you know he had been struggling with his health for a while now, and is no longer suffering.

Although I was never close with him I have to say that HE is the main reason I am a Mariner. He is largely responsible for what I consider the “Mariner sound” I fell in love with listening to the original album at least a billion times. I will forever be in his debt.

Rest in peace John

So many memories....so may good times. He will be remembered and honored forever. Rest in peace John, you suffer no more.
